  • What results can I expect?

    Although our products and services are intended to be fully implemented, sometimes they are

    not, which could result in a lack of progress/ results for the user. If you implement the products

    and services from us correctly you should see amazing results, however, it must be disclaimed

    that even when consumers implement any products or services in full from us it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected and it is also possible they will not lose fat or gain muscle or achieve any positive results of any kind.

  • How do you determine custom Meal Plans?

    Your custom Meal Plan will be curated just for you based on the information you provide and the goals you seek to reach.  Factors include your height, weight, age, exercise level, % body fat, and long-term goals. 


    If your goal is to achieve an increase in muscle mass, your meal plan will be calorie surplus. Meaning more calories than what your body expends. If your goal is for muscle gain, we'll focus on increasing protein. If your goal is to lose weight, your meal plan will be at a calorie deficit. Meaning Intaking fewer calories than what your body expends. Meanwhile, your meal plan is still sustainable, healthy and nutritious.


    iCiBody strives to make you feel GOOD, not just look good. Clients are encouraged to have fun and get creative as they improve their relationship with food. 

  • Will I achieve the same results as...

    The answer is NO! All the transformations and testimonials are real. However, it must be disclaimed that these testimonials are not claimed to represent typical results with our meal plans and workout programs. They are meant as a showcase of what the most motivated and dedicated people can achieve by following our personalized meal plans and workout programs. 


    Your results may vary and you may not get the same results compared to someone else when using our services due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, and personal

    motivation/dedication. The end results you get will depend upon the individual and how much

    effort you put in.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    You may cancel your Subscription at any time, however subject to 14 days’ notice. In order to

    cancel your subscription simply send an email to cierraandrews44@yahoo.com

  • How does your billing work?

    If you purchase any of our monthly programs you will be automatically charged every period and you will continue to receive new updated meal plans and workout programs for the time that you choose to remain a client.


    With all our Online Services we have a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee — If within the first

    30 days after your initial purchase you are not happy or satisfied with any of your purchases from

    us (subscription and non-subscription services) for whatever reason, simply just request a full

    refund by contacting the Customer Support team. You will be re-funded and your subscription

    will be canceled. However, if you have purchased a program during a promotional period and

    have redeemed that promotion (e.g. supplements, clothing, headphones) you are not eligible for

    a refund.
